EASY BANANA CINNAMON BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
I start every morning by eating fruit. Sometimes I go through the ”effort” of making pancakes or I chop up an apple and a banana, add some yogurt and go for that, but the easiest and most versatile is to make a breakfast smoothie out of my favourite fruits.
The easiest version of my breakfast smoothie is just banana, no other fruits added. It’s so simple and taste thanks to the cinnamon,. Give it a try!
– 1 banana
– (Lactose-free) milk
– (Lactose-free) yogurt
Start by gathering your ingredients. You really only need 4 ingredients, but off course you can add all the fruit you like.
Edit: I’m lactose-intolerant and therefore I use lactose-free milk and yogurt, but off course you can use regular milk and yogurt and it will taste just as good.
Add the banana and the cinnamon to your blender. Add the yogurt and milk in equal amounts. Mix until there are no lumps left in the mixture and it’s a smooth mass that’s easy to drink.
Edit: When the mixture is too thick, add more milk. When it’s too thin, add more yoghurt and if really needed another banana.
Serve in a glass and add some cinnamon on top for taste and that fancy effect. It’s time to enjoy your breakfast!
Edit: You can use your spoon to make swirls in the cinnamon, it looks cute, haha
