Have you seen the Royal Wedding yet? What a sight! While we all would love, but probably never will wear the beautiful Givenchy dress she wore, it is possible to look just as royal as Meghan! Here are her 3 chicest royal styles.
What a dream; the royal wedding clearly shows the love between Harry and Meghan and to me seeing true love always makes me happy, no matter how big or small a wedding is.
A huge wedding, however, is mandatory when you’re marrying into the worlds most famous and chicest Royal family. Meghan looked great today in her Givenchy dress, but than she always looked so chic and classy in everything. Here are her 3 best royal styles and how you can copy them!
Meghan has proved today she looks amazing in white. She has displayed this before when wearing a beautiful wrap style coat from Line on her engagement shoot and she wore a clean cut Amanda Wakely coat to church styling it of with a fashionably white beret. Fun fact: Amanda Wakely named their coat after Meghan!
What can I say, you must be classy if you can keep a white coat white, right! ;) The chicest way to wear a white coat is wear it long and elegantly cut; clean lines or a belt to showcase you have a waist. Keep the rest of your outfit simple with dark colours look black or navy blue, your dress should be approximately as long as your coat and top off with pointed pumps.
Royals wear dresses, right? Wrong! Meghan is rocking suits, both the series as the fashionable pants jacket combination. She definitely showcases she is a powerwoman with these cool and chic silhouettes.
From tight fitted pantsuits to beautiful wide legged pants, she looks good in all of them. Pair chic with a blazer, blouse and pointed pumps or more casual with a (turtleneck)sweater in the same or a contrasting colour, a long coat and off course the signature pointed heels.
Who says you can’t have fun with clothes when you become royalty? Meghan proves that a decent length doesn’t have to mean a boring dress!
From the classy pinstripes on her Altuzarra dress, to an extravagant Stella McCartney cape, an eye-catching green coloured summer dress from Self-Portrait and a classy but sparkly blue piece from Hugo Boss, this Dutchess has style and sparkles! Combine with ever chic, you guessed it, pointed heels, small bag and chic blazer and you’re ready to do the Meghan! My favourite is how she styled the pinstriped dress, those shoes are to die for and together with the bag and blazer it gives the whole look some extra vintage class.
And finally, of course, the wedding dress! Doesn’t she look elegant in this beautiful understated and classy Givenchy gown. I wish both Harry and Meghan lots of luck and happiness in the future and I have to say that I love to see them bringing the royal family into the 21st century, doing so much for charity and of course being full on feminists. You rock!
