Easy sugar free frozen yogurt with berries

Spring is finally here and temperatures are soaring! That screams for ice cream, right? This recipe for easy sugar free frozen yogurt with berries will keep you cool, leave you satisfied and is guilt-free!
This yogurt ice cream is easy to make too! Instead of a mold, you can even use (plastic) cups and spoons to create the ice pops. This works for any flavour you want. Craving chocolate? Fine, blend it in! Other fruits? Every combination is possible! Need more crunch? Add some rice pops to the mixture as well!
Step by step guide
– 100 gr greek yogurt
– 75 gr frozen or fresh fruit
– Vanilla extract
– Cacao nibs
– Rice pops
The main ingredient is greek yogurt. All the other ingredients are just whatever you feel like!
Blend the greek yogurt with about 50 gr of your fruit. Don’t blend it too evenly, you still want to be able to see the white colour of the yogurt.
Add in the rest of your fruit and all other toppings like chocolate nibs, rice pops and vanilla and give it a good stir using a spoon. Grab something to use as a mold. This can be a pre-made mold like my Lego mold or something simple like a plastic cup and a small spoon.
Scoop your mixture in and place the ice stick or spoon on top. Cover the stick entirely with the mixture or your ice-cream will fall of. Place your mold or cups in the fridge for at least 2 hours and carefully withdraw the ice pops from it’s container. Enjoy!
